NEW UK GOVERNMENT : A WARMONGER, A RACIST AND A COLONIAL APOLOGIST

Britain’s new foreign secretary pronounced that Africa would be better off if it were still under the yoke of Britain and other imperialist powers. On July 13, 2016, David Cameron stepped down as leader of Britain. Theresa May is now prime minister.

She voted for the Anglo-American invasion of Iraq in 2003, for the deployment of more British troops to Afghanistan in 2010, the destruction of Libya in 2011 which created a safe haven for death squads in the region and most recently for RAF airstrikes on Syria. She has reshuffled the British Cabinet, appointing well known racist bigot Boris Johnson as "foreign secretary" and denier of colonial crimes Liam Fox as "secretary of state for international trade."

Boris Johnson who for me represents your dithering British colonialist of days gone by has a long track record of empire-esque utterances. And of course the "dithering" is an all act, an art that British imperialists perfected.

In 2002, Britain’s new foreign secretary pronounced that Africa would be better off if it were still under the yoke of Britain and other imperialist powers:

"The best fate for Africa would be if the old colonial powers, or their citizens, scrambled once again in her direction; on the understanding that this time they will not be asked to feel guilty,” Britain’s Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, The Spectator 2 February 2002.

Boris Johnson has had numerous racist outbursts. He referred to Black people across the "commonwealth" as “picaninnies” with “watermelon smiles.” While editor of The Spectator, he published an article titled “blacks have lower IQs." And recently alluded that Barack Obama had an “ancestral dislike” of Britain for removing a bust of the genocidal British hero Winston Churchill from the Oval Office. That said, being a racist goes with the job of being British foreign secretary, after all, Britain’s economy is still reliant on imperialism.

Liam Fox this year proclaimed “the United Kingdom is one of the few countries in the European Union that does not need to bury its 20th century history.” Many were quick to point out the numerous colonial crimes of the British empire, the largest criminal conspiracy the world has ever seen.

Britain’s new prime minister has now designated him secretary of state for international trade. Concealing colonial history is a British tradition, arrogantly upholding the empire as a force is all to common in Britain.

There is no doubt Liam Fox will fulfill his role, ready to assist in the on going British scramble for Africa. A report this week explored the true nature of Britain’s 21st century looting which the British press and politicos across the left and right have conveniently ignored.

So now Britain has not one, but two colonial apologists longing for the return of the filthy thieving British empire administering positions of foreign responsibility.
